Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that it would be expedient to explore possibility of alternate remedy available pursuant to section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 in the form of revision, however, apprehends that such a remedy may be hindered due to passage of time since 2015. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file revision, as aforesaid.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty, as aforesaid. Having regard to duration of pendency of
