Though in the bailiff report it is mentioned by respondent No.3(ii) that, he is not having sister name - Deepa Umaji Narwade i.e. respondent No.3(iii), but in the Trial Court Deepa is shown one of the legal representatives of deceased Umaji Shravan Narwade and she was served under the same name though remained ex-parte. As such, respondent No.3(iii) is treated to be served here also. 2.
