The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the proposal dated 28th July, 2014 forwarded to Respondent No.2 by Respondent No.3 for permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner. However, Respondent No.2 has not taken any decision on the said proposal.

We direct Respondent No.2 to decide the proposal dated 28th July, 2014, if already not decided, and take appropriate decision in accordance with the relevant policy/rules, as

2478.16WP expeditiously as possible, and preferably on or before 30th May, 2016 and communicate the said decision to the petitioner and Respondent No.3.
