ORDER :

The learned counsel for the appellants in both the appeals submitted that the appeal filed against the decision of the District Court by which the share was enhanced to make it 1/6th only ought to have been allowed and the other appeal ought to have been shown as dismissed as this Court has restored the decision of the Trial Court by which 1/6th share is given. He submitted that necessary correction is to be made in the operative order of the aforesaid appeals and Second Appeal No. 183/2014 is to be shown as allowed and Second Appeal No. 182/2014 is to be shown as dismissed.

Correction is to be made accordingly in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the appellants. Motion is disposed of.
