Mr.Bachate, learned counsel submits that subsequent to the impugned order, the District Supply Officer, Hingoli, suspended the license of the petitioner.

According to Mr.Patil, learned A.G.P, the petitioner has remedy to file appeal against the said order. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal.

All contentions kept open.

In case the appeal is filed, the Respondent-authority shall decide the stay petition if filed with the appeal on its own merits in

accordance with law, preferably within two months of filing of the stay petition.
