This application is for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted on 30th January, 2023 in Cri. Misc. (Bail) Application No. 17 of 2023 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Gangakhed, Dist. Parbhani. 2.

It is a contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that the respondent No.2 has stolen the laptop with hard disc and for that purpose of recovery of the same custodial interrogation is necessary and for that purpose the bail is sought to be cancelled. 3.

The anticipatory bail is granted around more than 5 months back. Investigating Officer has not preferred any application challenging the said order. Nor even in the present application it is a stand of the 953.aba41.23.odt

investigating officer that the custody of respondent No.2 is necessary for any purpose. In view of this there is no substance in the application. Application stands dismissed.
