Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik, for redressal of the grievance raised in this petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case an application / representation is filed by the petitioner / applicant within four weeks from today, the Deputy Director of Education to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, however, within twelve weeks from receiving such representation keeping in view the merits of the contentions raised in the representation and on other factual aspects, keeping in view the record maintained by the respondents. In view of the dismissal of the petition, Civil Application stands disposed of.
