DATED : 5th MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the respondent no.5 has forwarded the proposal to the respondent no.4 seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as Shikshan Sevak. The same is forwarded in the year 2012. Till no decision has been taken on the said proposal.

2] Learned AGP states that in case said proposal is pending, it would be decided on its own merits.

3] In view of above, we pass following order :

a] In case the proposal forwarded by respondent no.5 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak (Exh.C) is pending with respondent no.4, the respondent no.4 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within six months.
