The petitioner's grievance appears genuine. Her caste claim is pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee since 2014. Due to non availability of validation certificate the petitioner's admission to medical college is at stake. In such situation the petition can be disposed of in

wp2366.16 terms of following order.

Respondent No.2 shall decide the petitioner's claim within six months from today. Till the decision of Committee, respondent Nos.1 and 3 shall not prevent the petitioner's education including her appearance in examination for want of validation certificate.

The petitioner stands disposed of accordingly.
