Per Court:

This Civil Application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Respondent/ Insurer in this Court. The Respondent/ Insurer has challenged the NFL award passed by the Tribunal by preferring the present appeal. Meanwhile, the main claim was also disposed of by the Tribunal and against that, the Respondent/ Insurer has preferred First Appeal (stamp) No.25487/2016 before this Court. In the said First Appeal, the Applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount of Rs.2 lac. Needless to state that the award passed under the main claim covers the compensation awarded under NFL. In view of this, this Civil Application is disposed of. This Appeal be tagged along with First Appeal (stamp) No.25487/2016.
