1) The office remark shows that respondent no.2 is reported to be dead and the matter is therefore placed for bringing legal heirs of the said respondent on record by the appellant. Smt. Reddy, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that deceased respondent no.2 was the driver of the ST bus Corporation and there is no propriety in bringing on record LRs of the said deceased. The learned counsel further submitted that even in the proceeding before the Tribunal his name was deleted. The office objection therefore, stands satisfied. Service complete in the matter. List the matter for final hearing at the admission state on 20th July 2017.

2) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the appellant Corporation. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rs. Three lacs only) from the amount deposited by the appellant in this court on
