For the reasons set out in the civil application, which is filed within limitation, the same is allowed. 2.

The order of the learned Registrar(Judicial) dated 03-01-2022 would be recalled on the following conditions:- (i) All office objections shall be removed on or before 9th June 2022, failing which, the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) shall be restored.

16-CA-4246-22 (ii) If the above direction is complied with, the order of the learned Registrar(Judicial) would stand set aside and writ petition would stand restored at the position at which it was dismissed.

Thereafter, the same shall be listed for admission hearing on 17th June, 2022.
