This is an application seeking restoration of Civil Application (ST) No.4736/2022 seeking to bring legal representatives on record. It appears that the said application stood dismissed due to none removal of office objections by an order dated 03.10.2022 passed by the Registrar (Judl.).

2 922.CA.2514.25..odt application. We have perused the application and we are satisfied that the prayer for condoning delay deserves to be granted. In the interest of justice, delay is condoned and the application is allowed. Civil Application (ST) No.4736/2022 :

This is an application seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of Applicant No.1 (Original Petitioner No.1) in the Writ Petition. Copy of the death certificate of Applicant No.1 is placed on record, which shows that he expired on 10.03.2021. Since he expired during the Covid period, we are inclined to condone delay in moving this application in the light of directions issued from time to time by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in suo moto Writ Petition (C) No.3/2020. 4.

In view of the above, delay is condoned. The Application is allowed and the proposed legal representatives of deceased Applicant No.1 are permitted to be brought on record. The Application stands disposed of.
