Mr.Dhage, learned Advocate submits that this Court has passed an order on 21/02/2018 in Civil Appl.No.2143/2018 by which certain observations have been made in the order with regard to the conduct of Mr.Ramesh I.Wakade, learned Advocate. Same are found in paragraph Nos.6 and 7 of the said order.

It is canvassed that a sincere apology has been tendered in paragraph Nos. 9 and 10 of this civil application. It is also submitted that henceforth Mr.Wakade would ensure that no such incident would ever occur.

Learned Advocate for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 submits that the apology of Mr.Wakade may be accepted and the observations may be deleted.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. The observations set out in paragraph Nos. 6 and 7 of the order dated 21/02/2018 would stand expunged.
