The Petitioner claims to belong to "Koli Mahadev", Scheduled Tribe and has been admitted to medical course as against the seat ear-marked for Scheduled Tribe category. The proposal for validation of caste certificate issued to the Petitioner is pending with the Scrutiny Committee and there are already directions issued by this Court to the Scrutiny Committee in respect of expeditious disposal of the proposal.

The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions to Respondent No.4 University to declare the results of Second Year M.B.B.S. Examination and allow her to prosecute further studies.

Since the claim of the Petitioner is

pending with Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee, it is desirable that Respondent No.4 University shall declare the results of the Petitioner for Second Year M.B.B.S. Examination and permit her to prosecute further studies, and it is accordingly directed.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
