The award is already passed in the present matter. The learned Advocate for respondent No.4 submits that the petitioners can approach the authority under the National Highways Act, 1965 for redressal of their grievance.

In the light of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the authority under the National Highways Act, 1965. No costs. All contentions are kept open.
