All the respective applicants in these applications, are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned therein. The
3 906 to 910 & 912 ca 2292-20+ delay appears to be caused due to poor fnancial condition of the applicants - claimants. The learned AGP as well as the learned counsel for acquiring body strongly opposed the application. 3.
However, considering the statutory right of the applicants and orders in similar other matters passed by this court, the respective delay periods mentioned in the applications, stand condoned, subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay periods. The appeals be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any. Civil applications are accordingly disposed of.
