The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate, however, with the incorrect name of the petitioner. The petitioner has submitted online application. The petitioner is seeking correction of the name of the petitioner in the tribe certificate. The learned counsel further submits that, the petitioner has also surrendered the original tribe certificate with incorrect name with the Sub Divisional Officer, Biloli, Dist. Nanded.

The Sub Divisional Officer shall verify issuance of tribe certificate to the petitioner with incorrect name and thereafter issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner. The same shall be done expeditiously and preferably within a period of four

(04) weeks from today.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
