The petitioner seeks correction of the tribe certificate. 2.

It is submitted that, online application is filed by the petitioner. The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling to the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer on verifying the same and upon his satisfaction issue fresh corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner. The same shall be done expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from today. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
