During the pendency of this writ petition, the 3rd Jt. Civil Judge S.D. Aurangabad, has passed the order dated 25.9.2017 observing in the order that office 'objections were not removed for months together and as such, the plaintiff/applicant is not interested in removing the office objection and accordingly, filed said suit for want of removing the office objections.' The applicant/writ petitioner was not knowing about this order and, thus, wants to challenge this order alongwith aaa/-

CA 3006.2018.odt the order passed earlier directing the petitioners to remove the office objections.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Civil Application accordingly disposed of.
