This Civil Application is filed for deletion of respondent nos.6 and 7 from the array of parties.

The respondent nos.6 and 7 are brothers of petitioner nos.2 and 3. The main dispute is against respondent nos.1 to 5. It appears that, respondent nos.1 to 5 are contemplating entering into a compromise deed with the petitioners. If such compromise deed takes place, respondent nos.6 and 7, being brothers of petitioner nos.2 and 3 would also been entitled for equal shares in the property.

Since there are difficulties in serving respondent nos.6 and 7 coupled with the fact that

(2) 935-ca-3371-2022 respondent no.7 has expired during the pendency of the proceedings, the petitioners have prayed for their deletion from the petition.

Considering the above position, civil application is allowed. Respondent nos.6 and 7 are permitted to be deleted from the petition.
