Leave to correct the description of the committee. Corrections be carried out forthwith. 2.
The petitioners have putforth prayer clause 'B' as under:- B] To direct the respondent No.2Scheduled Tribe Certificates Scrutiny Committee, Dhule to decide Tribe Claims of the petitioners within a stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court deem fit,
(2) by issuing appropriate writ, orders, or directions as the case may be;

Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are cousin brothers and petitioner No. 3 is the father of petitioner No.2. One real sister of petitioner No.1 and two cousin grand fathers have been granted validity as 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe, by this court. One cousin uncle is granted validity by the Nashik Committee.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- a] Respondent No.2 to consider the law down in Apoorva Vinay Nichale Vs Divisional Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee No.1 and others, 2010(6)
(3) Mh.L.J. 401 while taking into account earlier validity certificates granted by this court and conclude the proceedings of these petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 1509-2022. b] It would open to the committee to consider the vigilance report pertaining to the relatives from the family tree who have been granted validity by this court, while deciding the case of these petitioners.
c] The petitioners would appear before the competent committee on 11-072022 at 12.00 noon. Thereafter, they would abide by the dates of hearing as

d] Any adjournment on unreasonable or trivial grounds will not be sought by the petitioners and if such a request is putforth, the committee would be justified in advancing to the next stage in the said pending validation proceedings.
