The petitioner has recovered the possession of the secured assets being a non banking financial company governed by the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act), in execution of the order passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. It now intends to remove the movable property from inside the secured building and seeks police protection in the light of the Government Resolution dated 22/04/2019.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to provide police protection in the light of the Government Resolution dated 22/04/2019 on payment of requisite charges by the petitioner.
