After the disinclination is shown by this Court to grant any relief to the applicant after the submissions on behalf of the applicant are heard, the learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdrawal of the present application. Accordingly it is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of accordingly. However, at the same time, taking into consideration the age of the applicant as 19 years, learned Special Judge Hingoli, under POCSO Act, before whom Special Case No. 34/2019 is filed is directed to expedite the trial of the present applicant and conclude it by end of 30.10.2021. Further liberty is given to the applicant to file an application for bail if the trial does not get over within the said time limit.
