The respective applicants, in these applications, are seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the appellant-acquiring body. It appears that First Appeals are already disposed of and, therefore, the learned Counsel Mr. Ingale holding for Mr. Yadav, advocate for Respondent No.3-acquiring body, has no objection for such withdrawal.

In view of the same, the applicants, in these applications, are permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amounts, along with interest accrued thereon. Civil Applications are disposed of.
