Heard both the sides. When this Court expressed its disinclination to allow the application, the learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. 2.

Leave granted. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned advocate for the applicant further submits that the trial may be expedited. He prayed for directions to the trial Court for expeditious hearing of the trial.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditious as possible and in any case within six months from today. If the applicant or any of the accused or their advocates are not cooperating for conducting the trial/case, the trial Court may impose the heavy costs on those

If the accused is not produced then the trial Court may call the Jail Authority and escort head of the concerned Police Station and give them one opportunity with clear cut direction to produce the accused on each and every date. If they fail to produce the accused, the trial Court is at liberty to proceed against them for contempt of lawful authority as per Chapter 10 of the I.P.C. for not following the directions and also report this Court that they are not producing accused.
