Present applications have been filed for getting delay of 957 days condoned in filing first appeals.

The claimants are strongly objecting the applications on the ground that the delay of each and every day has not been satisfactorily explained. Whatever reasons have been are not sufficient and reasonable to condone the delay.

Heard both sides.

Though there is strong objection on behalf of the respondents, taking into consideration the events and steps taken by the applicant have been narrated, for the reasons mentioned in para 02 and 03 of the applications, the delay is condoned. Applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly. Registry to verify and register the first appeals and place them for consideration on 20th January 2020.
