Shri Andhale, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the petitioner undertakes to remove all the office objections within the period of next two weeks. On the submission so made, the order passed by the learned Registrar on 16.11.2015, thereby refusing registration of the petition, stands quashed and set aside. The delay caused in the present application stands condoned. On removal of the objections within two weeks, the petition be restored in accordance with law. Needless to state, if the objections are not removed within two weeks, the order passed by the learned Registrar will automatically stand revived. Civil Application stands disposed of.
