The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that, pursuant to the F.I.R. dated 08.05.2020, the criminal process of law has been set in motion. A charge-sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, based on the allegations of the petitioner that respondent nos.2 to 9 have indulged in impersonation for acquiring a 2nd Adhar Card. 2.

He, therefore, submits that the complaint filed by the petitioner before the

288.21WP.odt Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Unique Identification Authority of India, Regional Office, Mumbai, will stand withdrawn since the petitioner desires to pursue his remedy on the basis of her F.I.R. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off and the complaint, as noted in paragraph 2 hereinabove, stands withdrawn and Respondent No.1 need not investigate into the said complaint.
