This motion is for "speaking to the minutes" to the common orders dated 09.06.2025 in civil applications for delay and first appeals.

It is contended that Civil Application No.3878 of 2025 in FAST No.5204 of 2025 remained to be incorporated in the title clause of both orders.

It has been ascertained from record that the matter mentioned in the praecipe was also tagged and heard along with other matters recorded in the orders dated 09.06.2025. Inadvertently, in the title of the common orders, the names of the parties and registration number of the present matter remained to be incorporated. The mistake is obvious and needs to be rectified.

In the title of the common orders, after the last matter, names of the parties and registration number shall be incorporated.
