Learned counsel Mrs. Madhaweshari Thube, nee Mhase, tenders across a certified copy of the settlement terms between plaintiffs and defendants no. 1 to 4 in special civil suit no. 6 of 2008 whereupon, an order has been passed by the trial court on 15-02-2014. According to her instructions, suit has been disposed of in terms of the settlement on the very day. She, under the circumstances, points out that the

WP-2387-14.doc suit stood disposed of even before writ petition had been lodged in this court and submits, as such, writ petition has no efficacy.
