Present applications have been filed for getting the delay of 960 days in filing First Appeal condoned. The applications have been strongly opposed by the respondent on the ground that the delay of each and every day has not been properly explained. However, taking into consideration the reasons, those have been given, which are satisfactory, the delay is hereby condoned.

Learned Advocate for the applicant makes a statement that the amount would be deposited within one month which was in fact already directed to be deposited in this Court as per the order passed on the applications for stay. Since the time has already been lapsed which
