Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant - Acquiring Body submits that in these matters, the Acquiring Body is ready to deposit the amount in this Court and in that view of the matter, this Court may consider the prayer made in these Applications for grant of stay to the effect, operation and execution of the Judgment and Award passed by the Reference Court.

Learned counsel for the claimants has no objection for allowing the present Applications.

In that view of the matter, the Applications are allowed subject to the condition that the Acquiring Body shall deposit the decretal amount in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today. 5.
