The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, on the wrong pretext present petition has been filed. In fact in the earlier writ petition filed by petitioners bearing Writ Petition No. 3364 of 2021, the learned Single Judge of this Court under order dated 22nd February, 2021 had granted liberty to petitioners to file appropriate application in the pending suit or institute fresh suit. The learned counsel submits that, he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to proceed further as may be permitted by the learned Single Judge under order dated 22nd February, 2021 in Writ Petition No. 3364 of 2021.
