PER COURT :- In the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3, it is recorded in paragraph No.5 that after completing detail enquiry, appropriate decision, in accordance with the provisions of law shall be taken on the applications dated 8.7.2009 and 9.11.2009 filed by the petitioners. It is further recorded in the affidavit in reply that at least six months time will be required for completing the enquiry as regards entitlement of the petitioners for allotment of alternate land and to decide the applications tendered by the petitioners.

Considering the affidavit in reply presented by the respondents, we direct the respondents to conduct the enquiry as undertaken in paragraph Nos.5 and 6 of the reply and communicate decision to petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.
