The tribe certificates are issued to the petitioners with incorrect spelling. The petitioners applied for tribe certificates with correct spelling on 08.02.2021.

The petitioners shall submit the original tribe certificates with the incorrect spelling to

2 wp 4882&4915.2021 the Sub-Divisional Officer, Degloor. On receipt of the original tribe certificates from the petitioners with incorrect spelling, the SubDivisional Officer, Degloor shall issue the tribe certificates to the petitioner with correct spelling within fifteen (15) days from the date of submission of tribe certificates with incorrect spelling.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.

No costs.
