It is pointed out by Mr Shah, learned Counsel for applicant that this appeal is arising out of land acquisition proceedings. The appeal is of 2007 and pretty old and needs to be taken up for final hearing. 3.

Mr Shah, learned Counsel for the appellant further seeks directions to the Registry to accept Demand Draft dated 15.2.2022 in respect of compensation amount. Registry to accept the Demand Draft.
