The present applicants, who are apprehending their arrest at the hands of Vaijapur Police Station, District Aurangabad in Crime No. I-37/2016, registered for the offences punishable under section 498A, 120B, 328, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal

Code, are praying for their release on bail in the event of their arrest.

The interim protection was granted to the present applicants by this court, vide order dated 2nd March, 2016.

The applicants are the sisters-in-law of the complainant. The reading of the complaint would prima facie show that no allegation against the present applicants as regards the offence punishable under section 328 read with section 34 of the I.P. Code, is there. The applicants are the married sisters of the husband of the complainant and residing at different places than the matrimonial place of the complainant. .

Further, the marriage between the complainant and her husband i.e. the brother of the present applicants had taken place nine years prior to filing of the complaint. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the husband of the complainant was arrested and is already released on bail.

Considering all the above facts on record, the interim protection granted by this Court to both the

present applicants, vide order dated 2nd March, 2016 is hereby made absolute on same terms and conditions. 6.

The present application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
