The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 19.10.2022 whereby registration of its first appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is a delay of 97 days in filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within four weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 19.10.2022 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of all office objections within four weeks subject to deposit of cost of
