1) Mr.Salgare, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioners have not been given time bound promotional pay scale so also increment and other benefits. The petitioners had approached the Zilla Parishad- Respondent no.2 and made representation on 27/01/2017, however, the same is not considered. It appears that the representation is made recently. 2) The respondent no.2 shall decide the representation (page nos.52 to 55) on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within three months.

3) Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
