The issue has cropped up only because of non-availability of the service book. In any event, if the service book is not available, then respondent no.5 shall prepare fresh service book in respect of the petitioner by collecting necessary information and after verification, the same shall be done within a period of three months. Upon preparation of the service book the same be forwarded to the respondent nos.3 and 4 and thereafter, respondent nos.3 and 4 shall forward it to respondent no.2 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the service book. 2.

Respondent no.2 shall take decision as per

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
