By this application applicant seeks relaxation of condition to attend concerned police station on every Sunday from 28/01/2024 onwards, between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., imposed on him by order dated 16/01/2024, passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1944/2023.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that applicant is a Chartered Accountant and he will be busy with his work after 31st March, 2024. Though applicant went to attend concerned police station, the police station was locked. It appears that there is weekly holiday to the Economic Offences Wing on every Sunday. 3.

Learned APP confirms this position that Economic Offences Wing has weekly holiday on Sunday and therefore, applicant has found the police station locked. He further submits SVH

2 949-CrA-895-24.odt that presence of applicant is necessary for investigation and applicant has not attended police station after the order is passed by this Court on 16/01/2024.

Considering these peculiar facts, the condition imposed on applicant to attend concerned police station on every Sunday is modified as, "Until further orders, applicant shall attend concerned police station on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month, between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.".

Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
