Shri Narwadkar, learned Advocate, causes an appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Thus, the service is complete. Shri Narwadkar strenuously opposes this application and submits that the reasons cited for seeking condonation of 434 days delay are neither satisfactory nor reliable. He prays that the application be dismissed with heavy costs. In the alternative, he submits that the costs may be imposed on the Applicants and the same may be donated to the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed and delay of 434 days is condoned on the following conditions:-

*2* 935ca5999o17 (a) The Applicants shall deposit an amount of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) with the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 02.02.2018. (b) All office objections shall be removed on or before 09.02.2018.

(c) After the above directions are complied with, the order of this Court dated 23.11.2015 shall stand recalled, the Writ Petition shall stand restored to the original stage at which it was dismissed and the interim relief granted earlier would then be continued.

(d) If either of the above directions is not complied with, this order shall stand recalled, this Civil Application shall stand rejected and then, the order dated 23.11.2015 shall stand restored.
