Perused the application. Learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that applicants are rustic villagers. They are not having knowledge of law. The information regarding passing of judgment and award was not given immediately to them. Therefore the delay is caused. He submitted that the delay is not deliberately caused.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. Application is allowed in terms prayer clause-B. The application is disposed of accordingly.
