Present application has been filed for setting aside the abatement of respondent no.1A and for bringing the legal representatives of the said respondent on record, who expired on 11-03-2017. The applicants have also prayed for condoning the delay of 01 year 258 days caused in filing present application.

For the reasons set out in the application,

(Order) (2) Civil Appln. No. 04228 of 2019 the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Abatement of respondent no.1A is hereby set aside. The legal representatives of respondent no.1A are permitted to be brought on record. The legal representatives of respondent no.1A be brought on record within 14 days from the date of this order. 03.
