Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the parties have arrived at settlement in M.C.A. No.312/2011 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nanded. Pursuant to the consent terms in the said settlement, the parties have filed HMP No.F-34/2015 before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nanded for divorce with mutual consent. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Nanded by order dated 14.9.2015 referred the parties for conciliation. So, in view of this, the learned counsel for the applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the Criminal Revision Application with liberty to approach the Court as and when occasion arises.
