The applicant seeks to quash and set aside the order dated 25.6.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, thereby refusing registration of the First Appeal.

Considering the submissions advanced and reasons as stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B,C and D subject to condition that the applicant removes all office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
