Learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner is still in service and his caste claim is yet pending consideration before scrutiny committee. 2.

In the circumstances, we deem it expedient to direct the scrutiny committee to decide on pending caste claim of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. The petitioner to co-operate with the scrutiny committee in early disposal of his caste claim.

Learned advocate for petitioner also points out that interim

{2} wp1815-13 relief, not to terminate services of the petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit validation certificate, is operating. 4.

In view of the same, no adverse action be taken against the petitioner on the ground of non submission of caste validity certificate till the decision by the scrutiny committee. 5.

Writ petition, with the aforesaid observations, stands disposed of.
