Mr. Thombre, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that so far as the prayer clause 'C', 'E' and 'F' stands redressed in view of the Government Resolution dated 05.07.2021. Learned Advocate submits that only prayer remains for consideration is to count the seniority of handicapped for promotion and other purposes from the date of disability certifcate.

The petitioner may approach the State Government in that regard by making a representation. The State Government may take decision upon the said representation on its own merit and as per the policy expeditiously,

In view of that Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of.
