Learned advocates for the parties refer to that entire award amount had been deposited in this court by the acquiring body. Thereafter, the matter was placed before Lok-Adalat and the matter has been settled before the Lok-Adalat and the first appeal has been disposed of as settled before Lok-Adalat. 2.

The parties have agreed upon letting withdrawal of certain amount by the applicants and accordingly learned advocate for applicants wants to cause amendment in the civil application. 3.

In view of the same, leave to amend is granted. Upon amendment being carried out and if the same is in tune with the

2 CA - 3569-2018 settlement arrived at before the Lok-Adalat, amount pursuant to settlement before Lok-Adalat be allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants and rest of the amount be refunded to the depositing authority.
